Panting for Peruvian Delights?

Maria Lloyd,  our neighbor and culinary wizard whose delicious South American cuisine you may have tasted at the Latin or International Festivals downtown or at the Delmar or Schenectady Farmer's Markets, has given me her new and expanded schedule for this summer, You can find her empenadas, quinoa salad, plantains, tamales and other tasty fare at:

on Sundays from 10-2pm at the Schenectady Green Market located on Jay Street and around City Hall
on Tuesdays from 3-6pm at the New Covenant Presbyterian Church on Western Ave. Look for the Farmer's Market sign
on Fridays from 3:30-6:30pm starting June 22 at the Methodist Church in Voorhesville
on Saturdays from 9-1pm at the Delmar Farmer's Market at the Bethlehem Middle School.

Look for the Peruvian Delights stall. You will only be disappointed if you don't get there early enough.
